This new project will be located in Girne, specifically in the Esentepe Bahceli area of Northern Cyprus. The development will consist of two stages of construction, resulting in a total of 12 residential blocks and 90 apartments. Both stages of construction will be available for sale simultaneously.
Each apartment within this residential complex will come with its own parking space. Notable features of the facility will include round-the-clock security and video surveillance, cleaning services, a restaurant with a chef and waiters, as well as technical support services.
A significant portion of the project's landscape design area will be dedicated to an infinity pool and six separate jacuzzis. The combined area of the aqua zone will be 810 m2. Bars and restaurants that operate year-round, including a pool bar at water level, a restaurant, sun loungers, and palm trees, will play a significant role in the complex.
A separate building with a total area of 250 m2 on a land plot of 125 m2 will be allocated for the common infrastructure zone. This two-story building will house a sports hall and a cinema hall on the first floor, and a large recreation area and a lobby bar on the second floor. Additionally, there will be a children's playground and a 250 m2 tennis court.
The large infinity pool will consist of six separate sections, one in front of each block. The left and right sections of the common pool will have an area of 50 m2, while the central four sections will have an area of 70 m2. The overall aqua zone of the complex will cover 380 m2.
To provide access to the recreation area, a total of five bridges will be built, with one bridge crossing each pool. The separate building for infrastructure will have a total area of 450 m2, and will feature a large recreation area with restaurant and bar services, a lobby bar, and a terrace with a recreation area. Additionally, there will be a spacious playground for children.
The project is situated 30 km from the center of Girne, 20 km from a large supermarket, 10 km from golf courses, and 30 km from Ercan Airport. It is located in the heart of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.
