Seaside Boutique is our first project. We completed our project in Kyrenia Karaoğlanoglu region in about 10 months. We get very nice feedback from our customers who have settled in their homes, they are all very happy at home. We completed the construction during the harshest period of the pandemic. It takes serious dedication, engineering, planning and project management to achieve this in that time. We have completed both our sales and our project in a record time according to market conditions. It actually shows how different our mindset is. We set out on this path, imagining not small accounts, but the walls that have protected the city for centuries. Seaside Boutique used to be a construction project later turned into a construction and now into homes where happy families live in a very special area. Indeed, even though we have completed the sales, there is still customer demand. For this reason, we immediately started the designs of our new project.
