The Legendary Beauty of Aphrodite Mansions
Aphrodite Bros. is a company known for its restorations, project contracting and real estate consultancy all over the Cyprus. Now it is preparing for its next project in Karşıyaka.
Aphrodite Bros. Director Doğan Boransel, knows the value of old stones which are stripped while restoring old houses. These old stones were the inspiration of the old houses located in Karşıyaka, which is 10 minutes away from Kyrenia and now will be used in the walls of these houses.
On 600-1000 m2 of total land space 3 mansions with 188 m2 indoor space have been planned in the first stage of the project. Would you like some more information about this pre ‘74 Turkish Title Deed project?!
Inner doors will be from natural wood and there will be a stone fireplace. There will be cream coloured rafters on the ceilings and murals in the living rooms.
They will be built with old house stones. (Reklame stone 25 cm + brick 10 cm + water insulation + 5 cm heat insulation DOV in total 40 cm wall) All fundamental insulation will be covered with 4,5 mm polyethylene and the same application will be carried out on the reinforced concrete sections of the original roofs.
All the kitchen cupboards and the fitted wardrobes in the 4 bedrooms will be made from natural wood. All the windows will be double glazed with natural would frames. All the shutters will also be made from natural wood and Lamella design.
The front doors will be made from alder tree (hornbeam) and will have leaded window. Each house will have a different leaded window design. The flooring will be a natural granite black and white tile. Ceiling and wall lighting fixtures will be similar to antique models. Basket chandeliers will be used in the dining and living room with antique styled wall fixtures.
Each house has 4 bedrooms, but one room can be transferred into a walk-in wardrobe. The flooring in the bedrooms will be natural parquet and antique styled chandeliers will be used on the ceilings and walls.
There are 3 bathrooms with shower cabins and toilets. First class materials will be used. The flooring will be a natural granite black and white tile and the walls will be black granite. There will be plasterboard hanging ceilings and spot lights will be used.
The parking spaces will be granite cobblestone. There will be an overflowing roman style 10 x 5 m swimming pool. The pool terraces will be Karpasia stone. The garden landscape will be completed with 120 cm high stonewalls and all balcony railings will be natural stone.
The houses will be handed over with keys and individual title deeds.
