Propertync Awards 2019: Ceremony
Cratos Premium Hotel will host Property Awards 2019 which is the product of long-lasting preparations to give participants a great night.
The giant organization hall for a thousand people is decorated appropriately for the night and every detail that you will see in the hall shows the experience of the organization which is organized for the 6th time. From the candlesticks on the tables to the music that you will hear from the performers who will take the stage, everything has been arranged let the participants to enjoy their time.
During this night, more than 80 awards will find their winners in the categories of real estate, hotel and municipal projects as Platinum and Gold. We all know that, an award to be won doesn’t mean the prize crystal to be presented on the stage. That symbolic crystal award actually represents the ideas and efforts that have been made.
Real estate sector is a working field which is the knife edge. The steps that you take, the decisions you make may make this world more beautiful or the opposite. The one who will reward human is human again. If we don’t reward projects that make our world beautiful as they deserve, we will condemn this dangerous sector to undesirable projects. The Property Awards set out to fulfil this task at the highest levels of their power. With an effort to beauty the entire world, especially North Cyprus, it brought together 43 members of the jury from many parts of the world and asked them to decide the best for North Cyprus.
In order to make everything beautiful in this important and special ceremony, we, as Propertync Team, worked hard. We took care to create the best stage team for the organization to be perfect. Are you ready to see the best of the North Cyprus Real Estate sector with our valuable speakers Duygu Demirdağ and Cenk Doğar and a musician team from England?!
Duygu Demirdağ (Master of Ceremonies, Turkish)
A successful presenter, who presents Weekend Main News Bulletin at CNN Turk, attended News Center in 2010. She followed the social events such as, Gezi Park Protests, Van Earthquake and Greece Economic Crisis. She studied ‘Spanish and Latin American Cinema’ and ‘European Union Economy and Policy’ at Universidad de Salamanca. She holds a master’s degree in ‘Media and Communication Management’ from Middlesex University, England. She edited and hosted the night’s bulletin ‘Bu Gece’. She manufactured and compered the culture-art programme ‘Herkesin Keyfi Yerinde’ which has taken the name from the legendary film Stanno Tutti Bene (1990) of Tornatore. Our speaker runs, writes biography books, plays the piano, and wants to be a good narrator. She loves kids and she runs again...
Cenk Doğar (Master of Ceremonies, English)
When he went to Vienna for university, they said ‘OK, he will not return back’ but he came back. In the meantime, he took his first steps in gastronomy by working at restaurants and as a tourist guide he took place on the stage. He completed Department of Tourism Management at Yeditepe University and his passion for stage continued with Salsa. As degrees and trainer followed each other, he completed the master’s programme in Integrated Marketing Communication Management. When he was a cook in a big hotel, with an offer which has changed the direction of his life’s, he became the face of a pasta company. He felt so happy, and more importantly at the right place that after that day he never came off the stage. He still takes his place on a stage as a presenter and as a moderator in many events, organizations and meetings (English-German-Turkish). In other words, our presenter, acts, presents, vocalises, cooks, eats, travels and lives.
