Living Town Project Launch
Located in Alsancak’s Yeşiltepe area, Living Town consists of 10 villas in a luxurious yet peaceful site.
Living Town, by Crafted, has prepared its showhouse and was presented to the public on Saturday, 22 June with the participation of the Coldwell Banker Maximum team. The Alsancak mayor and many guests were present. Food at the cocktail, which took place around the pool and in the garden of the show house, was prepared by Eziç catering. The Propertync TV crew were also present at the evening.
Crafted Yapı is a member of the Eziç Restaurant group and is a boutique construction company. After the luxurious apartment block in Ortaköy-Nicosia, Living Town is the company’s second project. As they are a boutique company, they are deeply involved in every aspect of the project. From the materials used in the construction, to the furniture chosen for the show house, every detail is of 1st class quality.
