Kibris Developments New Project: Natura Cyprus
At the project launch that took place with the participation of investors, leading names of the property sector and elite guests, Kıbrıs Developments Director Çağatay Özbirim, said “We will continue to create better projects and use the latest technology in order to provide projects which will fulfill our people’s expectations.”
By emphasising the need of financial support while buying property, Çağatay Özbirim thanked Turkey İş Bank for their support in the Natura project with their natamam property loan. Özbirim said “We have always aimed to complete our projects before the deadline and have always reached our goal.” and thanked the project team, partners and guests present. He also extended his gratitude to all clients of Kıbrıs Developments and stated that he sees everyone as a member of this large family.
On the other hand, Kıbrıs Developments Project Development and Marketing Director Harper Özbirim began his speech with his impressive presentation of the project and added that Natura was a combination of the visions and awareness created by their two large scale projects Milos Park Homes and Kıbrıs Town Houses. He added that Natura was hidden in the nature of the Mediterranean and that its unique architecture, interior design, colours, open areas and pergolas are deeply connected with the Turkish Cypriot culture.

Özbirim: “There are 68 units at Natura of which 8 are detached villas and 60 are semi-detached villas. The project is located next to Alsancak Park and was named after the surrounding natural environment. Our concept is Mediterranean architecture. Exteriors are of similar colour to the rocks found at Beşparmak Mountains. The main idea was for the project to adapt to its surroundings, once completed.
He also added that, knowledge and techniques acquired while obtaining BREEAM certification, were also applied to this project and therefore it will also be sustainable. “Here you will find roof balconies just like the ones at Milos, thus increasing the living space of each individual property. Those on ground floor will have their own private garden, whereas those on the first floor will have roof balconies,” said Özbirim.
