Key West Towers: A Large Investment Opportunity to the West of the Island

Our cover project, Alpcan Towers Key West, has been entrusted to Goldmark Estates for the developing and marketing stage.
This sea-front project will be located on 18 donums of Turkish title land, along the island’s west coast, in the area of Gaziveren in the district of Güzelyurt. Four blocks, each with 20 storeys, will give a total of 401 residences offering choices from 1+1, 2+1, 3+1, 4+1 double storey, loft and double storey penthouse. There will be some 14,000 m2 outside area and underground parking for 410 vehicles.
The location is just 7 km from the CMC Golf Course (9 hole), 53 km to the capital city Nicosia, 60 km to the city centre of Kyrenia, 66 km to Ercan Airport, 23 km to the village of Yeşilırmak, famous for its strawberry gardens and strawberry festival, and 12 km to the historical harbour Gemikonağı.
Besides offering 24/7 on-site security, there will be a restaurant, cafe, bar, cinema/theatre, supermarket and a beach. Other social facilities present will be a 1,000 m2 outside pool, an indoor pool, children’s play area, together with meeting and study rooms. A Turkish Baths, sauna, steam room, cold pool, massage rooms and a sports room have also been included. In addition to a football pitch and basketball court, tennis courts, beach volleyball, football tennis, a miniature golf course, walking paths and cycling trails have been included in the design. The water sports centre will offer scuba diving, surfing and sailing. These large-scale, diverse sports activities will add fun to the lifestyle offered to residents.
Residents will also be provided with reception services, rentals, housekeeping, storage, taxi services, ATM and bicycle or vehicle rental services.
20% discount opportunities are being offered until the project construction starts. A £2,000 deposit and a 30% down payment when construction starts is all that is required to seize this opportunity. The remaining will be paid with 0% interest over 44 monthly instalments.
The first stage will be delivered in May 2023 and the payment plans offered for loans of up to 15 years are as follows:
£2,000 Deposit, 30% of total when construction starts, 20% when construction is completed (in 2 years), final 50% when deeds are transferred.
