Interview with Ali Kömürcügil - Director of Kömürcügil Construction,
Architects and Missions make a difference!
We interviewed Ali Kömürcügil, Director of Kömürcügil Construction, about the Riverside Life Residence project, which will make all the difference in Long Beach.
“A Different Synergy Has Emerged”
Referring to the partnership of Kömürcügil Construction and Noyanlar, Ali Kömürcügil started his speech by stating that they have achieved a different synergy.
“When we met with Ahmet, we were able to create a developed and common vision since we were both architects and company directors. We were able to lay the foundations for this large-scale project, especially with the merging of our common ideas of designing a living space. We are very satisfied with the whole process from the development stage of the project to the construction phase. The feedback we’ve gotten has been great. This shows that we were able to produce a really good product” he said.
Giving information about both the emergence and development stages of the project, Ali Kömürcügil stated that the companies working on the project and the location play a critical role in their success, as well as the project.
“You Feel Privileged Here”
In the following parts of our interview, Kömürcügil stated that the Long Beach area and the Riverside Life Residence project offer a different lifestyle to investors and residents. He said “First of all, I must say that the Long Beach area has become a very different living space with its development in recent years. It has truly become an elite region with its inhabitants, its beach, and its social areas. So, you feel privileged here. I love this region. I think we have taken the quality of life here to the next level with our Riverside project.”
Mr. Kömürcügil also talked about the details of social places in the project: “In our project, which we designed entirely with the concept of family life, social areas take up a great deal of space. Riverside Life Residence, which has a green area as big as a football field, also includes facilities such as a restaurant, cafe, sports bar, spa, sauna, Turkish bath, and indoor pool.
Kömürcügil also pointed out that the project includes several unique services: “In addition to the social facilities on Riverside, we also have a few unique special services that are not available in most projects such as a special barbecue area, a kindergarten, a cinema and a hall that can be used for meetings or conferences.”
“Our sales are even beyond what we expected”
Stating that the Riverside Life Residence got the highest score in 5 different categories in a survey, Kömürcügil said that they are also very satisfied with the feedback and sales rates:
“The construction process of our project is going very well. We have made an innovation here and investors can watch the construction sites live on our website. In this way, we build trust and let our investors see that everything is going well. By the way, we plan to deliver our project in April 2024. Although there is still a long time ahead of us, 90% of the apartments in the project have already been sold. This is beyond what we expected,” he said.
Talking about the types of flats in the project, Mr. Kömürcügil said: “Riverside includes studio, 1+1 and 2+1 flats. Thanks to its modular structure, 3+1 and 4+1 options are also available.
