It was founded in 2014 by Aycan Fenercioğlu, a civil engineer and chairman of the board. Fenercioğlu A.Ş. has rapidly risen to become a leading company in its industry and continues to carry out successful projects in Spain, Bodrum, and Cyprus. The company provides comprehensive services for projects of all sizes, including initial cost estimates, development proposals, design and cost planning, project management, and construction delivery. We had the opportunity to speak with Aycan Fenercioğlu, the Chairman of the Board of Fenercioğlu A.Ş.;

Mr. Aycan, could you tell us about yourself and your team?

I graduated from Yıldız Technical University in 2008. After working in various companies, I founded my own company, and we have been providing services in various branches of the construction industry for many years. In our organization, which is related to the construction sector, we strive to produce excellent, safe, and visionary projects with approximately 15 affiliated companies. We plan our projects with the participation of nearly 100 engineers in compliance with all engineering requirements and with a focus on ensuring proper supervision.

Although our team in Cyprus is relatively new, we have seized the opportunity to build a great team here. We aim to expand and develop this team in the near future and undertake impressive projects in various parts of Cyprus.

You have started a series of projects with rapid investments in Cyprus. Could you please explain why you chose Cyprus?

If we talk about why we chose Cyprus, it's because we have noticed a significant interest in the TRNC in various real estate exhibitions over the past two years. Based on this interest, we decided to initiate our efforts accordingly. We intensified our research on land opportunities in Cyprus. Through our studies, we realized once again that Cyprus is a paradise with 300 days of sunshine per year, offering a peaceful and happy living environment with an extremely low crime rate. It has a beautiful geography that captivates people.

Therefore, we planned to direct our investments to this region, and we have already started projects in multiple locations in Cyprus. Along with the upcoming projects, we aim to deliver a total of approximately 10 projects simultaneously in 2023. We are very excited about the future of Cyprus.

If Cyprus is planned well, it has the potential to become a role model holiday destination in the world and attract the attention of many investors and tourists.

Could you briefly explain the high-quality living system you aim to establish in your projects in Cyprus?

Our goal in Cyprus is not just to sell apartments but to offer a complete living experience. To elaborate on this, we aim to create an environment where people can engage in multiple activities simultaneously and benefit from them. In many of our construction projects in various regions of Turkey, especially those with a high percentage of foreign buyers, we have implemented projects that focus on social activities. Customers who have purchased apartments from us have not only acquired a living space but also enjoyed the social amenities provided by these projects, resulting in positive feedback.

As a company, our vision is to build in tourist destinations preferred by travelers worldwide. Currently, we have ongoing projects in Alanya, Antalya, Gazipaşa, Bodrum, and Spain, specifically in touristic locations. We aim to replicate, or even exceed, the success of these projects in Cyprus. We plan to reflect the Fenercioğlu vision onto projects in Cyprus in the near future.
