Baştaşlar Construction is starting a new project, the Cove Garden in Esentepe, which will bring out the natural life of the region which is one of the most beautiful areas of Kyrenia.
The launch of the new project of Baştaşlar Construction took place at Pine Valley and attracted the attention of all present. Details of the project located next to The Cove, were shared with leading names of the sector, esteemed guests and members of the press. In his speech, Ahmet Baştaş said, “ We will continue with Baştaşlar standards” and hinted
on another project that will be released to the public in September. Baştaşlar Construction General Manager Mert Talu said, “Our project is ahead of schedule, 50% has already been reserved”.
The Cove is a legendary project of not just the area but of the whole of North Cyprus as it has its own private chapel and lighthouse. Although Construction of this luxurious project is still continuing it has gained interest from many foreign investors that has had a positive impact on promoting North Cyprus and the fame of Baştaşlar Construction in general. The aim with this project was to increase interest in the Esentepe area and add to its surrounding beauty. The Cove was awarded Best Sea Front Development (Platinum), Best Residential Development (Platinum) and Best Proposed New Project (Gold) awards at the Propertync Awards 2019 award ceremony. All internal flooring will be done with high quality light grey 60x60 cm ceramic tiles. Insulation will be fitted in all external areas with 8cm concrete and 2 layers of cement. All open area terraces, balconies and stairways will be fitted with light grey 60x60 cm non-slippery ceramic tiles. Waterproof insulation materials will be used on the roof terraces. The front doors will be made from MDF and internal doors will be American Press. Door handles, stoppers, draws with locking hinges will be Hefe quality or a brand at similar quality. Bathroom doors will be aluminium framed with frosted glass. Kitchen cupboards and bedroom wardrobes will be of first class quality and workmenship in colours chosen by homeowners.
Furthermore, residents will be offered a private roof terrace with ceramic flooring, barbecue, sink, shower and pergola according to their preferences. The project consists of 88 luxury flats and the delivery date was announced as November 2021.
