How are the sales going of your new project, Yalusa Homes, in Yenierenköy? We can see the project is moving swiftly although you are working carefully and in great detail. When are you planning to deliver the project to home owners?
Our sales are continuing successfully. Yenierenköy is a settlement that has many supermarkets, pharmacies, banks and various shops as well as a clean and fully equipped health center. One of the reasons we designed different types of residences was so that everyone could choose an option according to their own budget and preferences. We believe we are seeing the positive outcome of this decision. Another factor is that the project appealed to both local and foreign investors. Local people living in North Cyprus are already aware of the nature, texture and lifestyle of Yenierenköy and Karpaz. On the other hand, foreign investors decide to buy property after watching a presentation introducing the area or after they come to our island and see the area for themselves. In addition, the affordable payment plans provided have influenced our sales. As a result, the last 19 houses are for sale out of 47.
We really care a lot about the construction of our project therefore, our engineers and technical team ensure the usage of the latest technology provided in the sector. For example, we use a technique we call curing after the concrete is poured. Thanks to this technique, the concrete gradually absorbs its moisture which eliminates the possibility of the concrete cracking. Like this example, we pay attention to the smallest details in our construction and do not compromise on safety or quality. We have set the delivery date of the project to December 2022.
