Last Flats Remaining From Residence 7, Whose Construction Has Been Completed
There is a residence in the Kumsal District of Nicosia that immediately attracts the attention of passers-by. Forman Development constructed the Residence 7, which has a modern architecture and is easily separated from the surrounding buildings. To learn more about the project, we spoke with Forman Development and Forman International Director Civil Engineer Menteş Zorba.
In addition to Forman Development, which produces build and sell projects, Forman International provides contracting and engineering services. Particularly in Nicosia, Formal International is well-known for constructing buildings for a variety of private sectors and institutions. The company, which was established in 1993, has become prominent in the Northern Cyprus construction sector since its establishment.
Residence 7 is located in the heart of Nicosia, close to many of the city's facilities and with easy access to main roads. The residence project has a city view starting from the third floor, which is also 2 minutes' walk from the 5-star Merit Nicosia Hotel. The project was designed for the residences in the capital to provide equipments to meet the need for comfortable housing. The project comprises a common generator, a parking lot entrance with a barrier, CCTV security cameras, central internet, air conditioning, and the infrastructure of smart home systems, which are all ready.
Menteş Zorba: "We looked into three areas for residence comfort: energy efficiency, safety, and comfort. With smart home system equipment, we sustained the insulation methods that were developed with a high level of effort for energy efficiency. We have created a building that is both modern and environmentally friendly. We added distinctive design elements to each of our two-bedroom apartments and presented them to our customers in five different layouts."
Forman Development prioritizes energy efficiency in all of their projects, and designed a home that is easily cooled and heated through double-glazed aluminum windows, in addition to the insulation materials used during construction. Furthermore, smart plugs that are linked to a smart home system that allows you to control the parking barrier, air conditioner, and lights at home can also be used to safely control electricity when you are not there.
Menteş Zorba states that they have achieved a good sales graph with the completion of the sales of 15 of the 17 apartments in the building and invites those who are interested in the remaining 2 flats to their offices in Küçük Kaymaklı or to the Residence 7 project area to see the houses on site.
