Riva Park Will Contribute Not Only to its Buyers But Also to Yeniboğaziçi
The Erbatu Group has announced another new project in Yeniboğaziçi, one of Famagusta's rapidly developing regions. The Erbatu Group, one of the region's most active construction companies, with the Riva Park project, which combines commercial units and residences,hopes to generate income for both its investors and residents.
We visited the Erbatu Group office to get information about the project and interviewed the company's General Coordinator, Mehmet Madi Yerli, for PNC TV. Mehmet Madi Yerli stated that the Riva Park project has set the standard to the next level, as it has been implemented in a region that is constantly developing and beneficial for its investors. He stated that the commercial buildings included in the project will also meet many of the needs of the people in the region and that this project will benefit not only the buyers but also everyone living in Yeniboğaziçi.
In addition to the tourist attractions of Salamis Bay Conti Hotel and Salamis Ancient City, Yeniboğaziçi is known as one of the remarkable regions of the island, with the atmosphere offered by the Salamis Forest to the region. The project is located 3 minutes' walking distance to the Near East College, 5 minutes to the popular beaches of the region, and 10 minutes to the city centers of Famagusta and İskele.
The Erbatu Group, which already has Aysergi Towers, Rich Heaven, Pulya Villas, Ada Park, and Hills projects under construction in Yeniboaziçi, now has Riva Park.The project consists of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments with terrace or garden options; 3 bedroom twin or detached villas; and street-facing shops. The site, which is protected by a camera security system, has a generator, a children's playground, green areas and a communal swimming pool.
