Three years ago, Emperia Developments, a new generation of contractor companies, started operating in Girne. We had a conversation with the company's manager, Civil Engineer Sezgin Talşık, whose modern vision and passion for production we could immediately recognize, and we learned about the Emperia team and their projects.

 

• Mr. Sezgin, the Real Estate Sector of Northern Cyprus knows you well before Emperia Developments, in fact, can you tell us a little about yourself and the team?

With pleasure. Before Emperia Developments was founded, I worked as a professional real estate investment consultant at a real estate agency for eight years. For this reason, although Emperia Developments was established in 2019, we have 10 years of regional and market experience. Correspondingly, Emperia has a structure that is developing faster than we expected. We are accelerating this development by adding creative and experienced members to our team. As a result, the projects created by the Emperia team reach their sales goals quickly. The Emperia team consists of architects and engineers who are experts in their fields. While constructing our management structure, we were inspired by the working mechanism of an analog clock. Similar to analog clocks, the gears both rotate independently around their own axes while moving in harmony and rhythm. Therefore, even though each of our teammates at Emperia is producing unique work in their respective specialties, there is a great harmony created when we combine all of the team's efforts. This harmony allows Emperia Developments to complete high-quality projects.

 

• You came together with a very sincere and courageous goal. Can you explain your Seaside Boutique project that you have implemented and what you do differently here?

Seaside Boutique is the first project of the Emperia team. The pandemic began shortly after we started construction on the project, and we were forced to close. Despite these challenging circumstances, we completed the turnkey delivery of our project in 10 months. We used insulation materials produced with the latest technology in the world in our project, which we completed both turnkey deliveries and sales in record time.

We also preferred the highest quality in our finishing materials. Anti-bacterial countertops, the world's leading paint brand, imported first-class sanitary ware, specially insulated windows, and many other features... We, as a company, only build luxurious residences on lands that we believe have the best location. All of our land selections, materials, and workmanship are of the highest quality. We turn land into quality projects, projects into high-quality constructions, and constructions into houses with excellent workmanship. And our customers are transforming these houses into HOMES...

 

• Following this project, you started planning a series of projects involving rapid investments in Esentepe. Would you mind explaining why you chose Esentepe?

The most stunning and distinctive part of Kyrenia is Esentepe. I fell in love with the unique sunset one evening while eating dinner in Esentepe. I was mesmerized by the tranquility of the scene. I believed that Esentepe could be transformed into a peaceful, quiet, tranquil, and healthy environment. I dreamed about moving to Esentepe at the time. I then wanted to share this dream with our clients. First of all, because we, the Emperia team, sell our customers' lifestyles in addition to houses. Esentepe has a tranquil atmosphere with its distinctive beaches, lush gardens, and breathtaking sunsets. Due to this, we started working on our project in the most valuable areas of Esentepe for our clients with great enthusiasm and energy.
