Heaven’s Hill Village, the New Addition to Sun Valley
We spoke with Linnea Kempe Baştaş, Sales Director at Sun Valley Resort & Residency, and got information about the new phase of their project. When we went to get information about the Sun Valley project's newly opened stages in Esentepe. We discovered that Baştaşlar's Sun Valley project has been transformed into Sun Valley Resort & Residency, which provides site management and rental services, and that they will continue to operate under the name Baştaşlar Group, which includes other companies within.
Sun Valley Resort & Residency Sales Director Linnea Kempe Baştaş stated that the Sun Valley project stands out with the slogan 'A Mini City' and that every stage is called a 'Village' with a different name. Furthermore, she provided information that the new village recently opened is Heaven’s Hill Village in Mountainside.
"Our project, which began with Pine Valley site on the outskirts of a unique valley in Esentepe, has progressed in eight stages and on two different lands, Mountainside and Seaside." Heaven’s Hill Village was the final stage of our project, which we grouped under the title Sun Valley and presented as a single project in 2019.
Heaven’s Hill Village, as the name suggests, is situated on a magnificent hill just above Rose Village project of Sun Valley Mountainside, which is currently under construction. The project consists of three 2-story 1+1 and 2+1 apartments, as well as 4 bedroom 200 m2 single-story detached villas with pool and garden. Those who purchase a home in the project, which features a common pool in front of the blocks, will, of course, have access to the Sun Valley complex's facilities.
The Health Center, located in the center of Sun Valley, Mountainside, has a gym, SPA & Sauna, an indoor heated swimming pool, and meditation rooms. It is also possible to go to the Seaside project via a shuttle service, for seaside facilities such as , a salt water pool, an organic garden, basketball and tennis courts, the paddle tennis area which all of Sun Valley residents can use. The pool bars and restaurants in both sections welcome not only the residents but also everyone who visits the Esentepe area.
