Great Attention to Riverside Life Residence Launch
There was great interest shown by the real estate sector in the promotional event held poolside at the Royal Sun Residence on Wednesday 7th July 2021, to launch the new project ‘Riverside Life Residence’ in İskele, Long Beach. This is a joint venture between the Noyanlar Group of Companies and Kömürcügil Construction. The directors of the two partner companies, together with the President of the Contractors’ Association and the İskele Governor spoke at the event.
Ertuğrul Toroslu, the district governor of İskele, expressed his thanks to the directors of the two companies for their contributions to the country’s urbanism moves. “We are aware of the value of such a well-equipped project, where people can easily access their daily needs. With the allocation of most of the land as a green space, a sustainable project is put forward that is friendly to nature. We would like to thank the directors of the two joint companies for their contributions to urbanism.”

In his speech, Ali Kömürcügil, the director of Kömürcügil Construction, explained how the partnership developed and thanked Noyanlar Group and Ahmet Noyan for their contributions to the project. “Three years ago, we worked on this land, tried different projects, tried to find the most reasonable project, but ultimately decided to sell the land. Then we met Ahmet Noyan, showed him the land and explained the project we had planned. When we said, “Let’s sell the land!” Ahmet Noyan made an offer which, if I hadn’t heard it from him myself, I wouldn't have believed it. He said, “Let’s do your project together”. I would like to thank Ahmet Noyan for this fantastic offer and Gökhan Noyan, who has fully understood our aims in developing the project, by expressing my thanks to them in front of you once again. We three architects have worked together on this project, which was put forward with architectural concerns to the fore. So I wish every luck to all of us."
‘We know very well what we have to do’
In his speech, Ahmet Noyan emphasized the importance of acting shoulder to shoulder and the honour of being able to transfer a legacy to future generations. He said, “The real honour is sharing this strength all together. We know what we have to do, we must honour future generations by leaving a legacy for them to continue. We need to take small steps, always sharing, without sacrificing our honour, truth and authenticity.
People’s intentions are very important when going into a partnership. When we see the same goodwill in our partner that we know we have, then we can take steps to work together. You can see this intention in our Four Vision Development partnership, and in our Noyanlar-Kömürcügil partnership, which started on the occasion of our Riverside Life Residence project... Because we are working to pass on our pride, which we must protect and grow, to the next generations.
I also see the same good intentions in our agencies, both here and abroad, so thank you. Our main assets are our staff, again thank you to all of them. I promise that we will apply the same honourable practices in all our new projects. I wish that we will share great success together."
