Gothenburg Property Exhibition - Our First Significant Accomplishment After The Pandemic
The Property Exhibition in Gothenburg, Sweden which took place on 5-6 March, was the first significant property fair to take place after the pandemic. Propertync Media Company took its old place at the exhibition as the representative of Northern Cyprus and continued to promote the projects in North Cyprus after the long break brought about by pandemic restrictions.
According to information given by the exhibition organizers, 2400 people visited on the first day with the number reaching 4100 by the end of the second day. Apart from Propertync Media Company, companies such as Dörter Construction, Baştaşlar Construction, Eviqe Estates, Caria Estates, Invest Life Group and Carrington Group also participated in promoting their projects located in Northern Cyprus.
Bora Serbülent expressed his message from the Dörter Construction booth by saying “Dörter Construction gained a lot of interest especially for its latest projects completed in North Cyprus. Coming here has helped us see that Swedish investors are captivated by our projects. We have made very good connections and have met a lot of right people during the exhibition. It was very successful”
Linda from Eviqe Estates, with whom we shared the Propertync Media stand, said, "It is a very useful fair; people are interested in Northern Cyprus both for a holiday and to buy a house."
On the other hand, Goran Jarnving from Invest Life was promoting Carrington Group’s projects located in Kyrenia to Swedish investors. “We are happy to be back at exhibitions after 2 very long years. It has been an influential and effective experience. The number of visitors conveyed to us through the organization has been amazing and everyone visiting has shown great interest in our projects. The dream of being able to live in North Cyprus one day is truly mesmerizing”
Another Northern Cypriot company at the exhibition was Caria Estates located in the heart of Kyrenia. Company Director Hakan Okur said, “We are at the Swedish Exhibition organised by Fair Media which is the first significant exhibition to take place after the pandemic. We received unexpected attention and excellent results while introducing projects from the North Cyprus real estate sector. It seems that North Cyprus will continue to be the rising star of the Mediterranean”
