Different Perspectives on North Cyprus Investment Opportunities
We spoke with Ardalan Etemadansari, CEO of Aretan Group, which operates in North Cyprus Investment consulting sector, where the Iranian Market has an important place. We asked him to evaluate the situation on the island as an investment expert.
"Aretan Group is a newly established team, but each member of this group have an extensive background in different sectors. I think in the short time that we have established Aretan Group, most of the people in the sector have heard the name of Aretan Group, but not everyone is aware of the all activities. Most investment companies based in Cyprus focus solely on real estate investments, but not Aretan Group.
There are many investment opportunities in Northern Cyprus, now property investment is much more popular among foreigners, because of the attractive and affordable prices, and the competitive returns. Along with property investment, investing in other sectors is becoming popular too. Given the investment population currently entering the country, there is a need for investors to move towards manufacturing, service, training and other activities.
There are many opportunities that have government support, such as loans, equipment that is provided. It is Aretan Group's goal to take advantage of these opportunities and to ensure that foreign investors are aware of them.
Now is a great time to invest in North Cyprus. North Cyprus is a safe place to invest, majority of the investments here are increasing in value and strength, since the British Pounds are used, which is a significant advantage.
