The Alpcan Towers Key West project, which was introduced with the magnificent launch held at the Concorde Hotel on Saturday, December 10, continues to attract great attention. Making a speech at the opening of the night, Alpcan Towers Director Yüksel Alpcan said,

For this issue, we visited the head office of Alpcans Construction, which has been carrying out important projects in the western part of the island, in the Güzelyurt and Lefke regions for 20 years. We had a great interview with Marketing Director Celal Alpcan about the company’s new big project, Alpcan Towers Key West.

“We design not only houses, but also living spaces”

Stating that they want to not only build houses but also contribute to the development of the region and offer living spaces to people, Celal Alpcan introduced their new project to us with his high energy and motivation. Providing different living spaces with its previous projects Alpcan Towers, Alpcan Towers Mira, and Prestige Houses in Güzelyurt, the company is preparing to raise the bar to a whole new level this time. Alpcan Towers Key West, which they describe as the biggest project they have so far, has important features.

The project, designed with the concept of being in touch with the sea, is located in the Lefke region, Gaziveren, by the sea. Introducing the project on its land, Celal Alpcan stated that it will also have a beach with a breakwater, a yacht mooring area, and in-sea cabanas. Alpcan added that the project, which is 13 km away from ODTÜ Northern Cyprus Campus due to its location, provides easy access to the airport thanks to the highway.

The project, which consists of 4 main buildings with 20 floors, includes a total of 500 flats. Alpcan Towers Key West is waiting for its buyers with studio, 1+1, 2+1, 3+1, 4+1 Duplex, 4+1 Duplex Penthouse, 2+1 Loft, and 3+1 Loft apartment options. The project aims to bring investors together with the houses of their dreams with the social areas it will have. The project will have an underground car park capacity of 500 cars. In the project, there will be social areas such as a cinema, fitness center, spa, supermarket, restaurant, cafe, bar, and green areas where you can have a pleasant time.

Expressing that the project is also a special project for families with children, Celal Alpcan said: “There will be an environment where families can raise their children in peace and security. We are creating a very nice living space where children and families can socialize comfortably.”

Talking about another feature of Alpcan Towers Key West, Alpcan said: “One of the most important features of this project is the very good return on investment. After the investor has purchased the flat, the site management can also operate that flat as a resort. In other words, we help investors to earn passive income on a currency basis.”

The construction of the project will start on November 21 and is expected to be completed within 2.5 years, on May 21, 2025. Celal Alpcan stated that they also offer alternative solutions in payment plans. He said that those who want to invest in the project, which will be sold with a 35% down payment, can get a loan with affordable interest from Creditwest, one of the solution partners of the project. Alpcan also stated that he can pay directly to them in 36 equal installments.
