16th Real Estate Projects Investment Exhibiton & Summit: Northern Cyprus Showcase
As Propertync Media Company, we participated in the 16th Real Estate Projects Investment Fair and Summit held at Istanbul Hilton Bosphorus Hotel on May 18-19. Organized by JNR Fuarcılık, this event stands out as Turkey's largest and most effective real estate fair for emerging and innovative markets, bringing together buyers, sellers, and investors on one of Turkey's most successful platforms.
During the fair, 7,187 visitors were hosted, resulting in 54 domestic and 12 international sales. Representing our island alongside the leading construction and real estate companies of Northern Cyprus, we had the opportunity to showcase impressive projects.
The growing recognition of Northern Cyprus in Turkey and its view as a strong potential option by investors made us very proud. For buyers and investors looking to escape the hectic city life, Northern Cyprus stands out as a highly attractive alternative.
In the interviews we conducted with participating companies, they stated that the fair was quite busy and they were pleased to have participated. This organization, which once again showcased the investment potential and appeal of Northern Cyprus, proved how important the island has become as a center for future investors.
The companies from Northern Cyprus that joined us in this event held in İstanbul included Kensington Cyprus, Döveç Group of Companies, NorthernLAND, Afik Group, Address Estate, DND Homes, Kurtsan Group, Umay Group, Dems Construction, and Şifa Construction.
Plaques were awarded to esteemed figures within the real estate sector, highlighting their contributions to the real estate industry. Concurrently, the two-day event facilitated ongoing international B2B meetings, fostering crucial meetings and collaborations. The summit convened on the first day of the fair provided a pivotal platform for industry leaders to discuss emerging trends and strategic insights, further enhancing the overall exchange of knowledge and opportunities among participants.
Overall, Northern Cyprus is increasingly seen as a popular investment country in Turkey, attracting the interest of both local and foreign
investors.
JNR Fuar is planning to host another İstanbul exhibition by the end of this year, further underlining the region's growing appeal as a hub for economic opportunities and fostering continued engagement with its potential.
