ŞIFA CONSTRUCTION OPENS A SALES OFFICE IN KYRENIA
For nearly two decades, Şifa Construction has been rapidly developing projects across the island, previously operating exclusively from its Nicosia office. With an expanding portfolio and a growing number of projects throughout Northern Cyprus, the company has taken a significant step to better serve their esteemed partners and clients. As of the second half of 2024, Şifa Construction proudly announces the opening of Kyrenia Sales Office, located at Uğur Mumcu Boulevard No: 22, Karakum. This office will house the sales and marketing teams, providing a more comfortable and accessible customer service experience.
With the launch of The Ritzy project, Şifa Construction is making its debut in İskele Long Beach.

Well-known among locals in Nicosia for its commitment not only for constructing exceptional homes but also for enhancing the surrounding community, Şifa Construction has recently expanded its reach. In the past few years, the company introduced two landmark projects outside Nicosia: Lanai Homes in Kyrenia-Esentepe, and Tilia Luxury Villas in Kyrenia-Edremit. The construction of these projects is progressing steadily, with Lanai Homes set to be delivered in December 2024 and Tilia Luxury Villas in June 2026. Following the strong sales performance of these developments, Şifa Construction has also ventured into other popular areas, including Gazimağusa-Yeniboğaziçi and İskele-Long Beach, further solidifying its footprint across the island.

Şifa Construction has extended its operations beyond Nicosia, with the recent opening of the Kyrenia Sales Office to facilitate seamless services for all its projects.
As the company continues to grow, so does its sales and marketing team. The spacious 380 m2 office features two large meeting & presentation rooms, dedicated consultation spaces for marketing and call center operations, and a separate working area for the sales department, ensuring a comfortable and professional environment for both partners and clients.
