Whilst the construction of the Casa Oliva project, located in Zeytinlik near Girne, continues, the show house is now completed and has started to host its first visitors. The show house has been carefully prepared by Özyalçın Construction and offers a fantastic indication of what kind of life will await those who own one of these houses.
When we visited as Propertync TV, Özyalçın Construction Marketing Supervisor, Laçin Yağız, welcomed us and gave us information about the show house. “As of Monday, April 26th, we have opened our doors to visitors. We are hosting our guests through an appointment system, due to the pandemic, and we welcome our incoming agencies and customers with a hot coffee and treats and convey to them the project details. The purpose of making the show house is to enable our customers to experience that cosy, home environment and allow them to experience the atmosphere by coming and seeing us on site."
The Century 21 Island team have also visited the show house and have received full information about Casa Oliva. During their visit, Volkan Sulugöz, General Manager of Century 21 Island gave his thoughts on the project, “This project has the huge advantage of being close to the centre of Kyrenia and also being central to all major facilities. In addition, when you look at the design and the quality of the materials used, it seems that it is a very special project. It is a project that I believe will be concluded in a quick timeframe and also offers advantageous payment options. "Mutlu Günen, Field Manager of Century 21 Island also made his evaluations; "It is a very good project, we can think of it as offering all the usual privileges of an Özyalçın Construction."
Appointments for viewing, from either individuals or agencies, are now dictated by the Covid regulations and people can visit at specified times to both view the completed show house and to pick up information on those that remain for sale. The Özyalçın Sales and Marketing department, led by Company Manager Yağmur Özyalçın, have been on hand since late April to offer full advice in connection with purchasing one of these unique homes.
Özyalçın Construction Sales Manager, Cemal Kesper added; “with our showhouse, we have made it easier for our customers to imagine what kind of life awaits them at Casa Oliva. With the assurance of Özyalçın, we provide our customers with credit options of up to 12 years, without the need for a bank or a guarantor.”
