To win the Gold award was a special moment for the North Cove Estates team and it is with great pleasure to thank our staff for all their hard work as well as the Propertync organisers that make the award ceremonies such a prestigious occasion for the property industry in North Cyprus.
When we first entered these awards in 2009 it was with much trepidation and perhaps the feeling that we didn’t really stand a chance of winning against some of the ‘bigger players’ in our field. Having been awarded the Gold in the previous two competitions, this year the feeling was “can we really win again”?
Some hard work and great teamwork lead the company into the 2014 competition with a sense that winning the Gold this time would not be considered good enough to us – we wanted to win the Platinum and prove to ourselves that we are the best! We pride ourselves on the diversity of what we can offer and we know that we have a wealth of talent at our disposal; to improve the service we offer and to hopefully enhance the experience of our customers.
We continually realise that without our customers – many of whom we can now call friends – our small company would not survive and expand; something that we wish to undertake in a controlled manner.
Winning the Platinum Award in 2014 has shown us that we are doing business the ‘right way’ and that we have the respect of our customers and the industry – and that means a great deal to us all.

I just wanted to say what a truly wonderful evening it was at the Property NC awards. It was lovely to see everybody dressed up and enjoying the evening from start to finish and of course, my evening was exceptionally fantastic from winning the Platinum Award for Best Sales Representative…I couldn’t have asked for a better end to an incredible evening.
I would like to thank the organization of the 2011-2012 NC Property Awards gala for an incredible evening, enjoyable from every aspect possible. The Romanian violines were amazing and really made the event even more festive. It was great to see so many people from the industry in one place proudly presenting the work they have done.
Well done Property NC Magazine and all award winners for another successfully evening at The Rocks Hotel. Fantastic entertainment, great food. A truly superb evening enjoyed by all who attended. It is good to see a united front from all types of business in the property industry joining together to celebrate.
We are very proud to receive the PropertyNC award for “Best Estates Agent” it means so much that we have been chosen as a professional trusted agent in promoting North Cyprus and its properties. We would like to thank everyone who organized this fantastic event, and especially to the team from the Property NC magazine. The evening was very successful and everyone really enjoyed themselves. The judges had a very hard task, as there was a lot of tough competition around this year, and the level and quality were set very high.
